Hungerford, Creekmore & Company, LLC was founded in 1996 by Paula Creekmore and Dennis Hungerford.  Our specialty is sales force development.  We help companies and individuals identify and overcome obstacles to their growth.  Whether you have a one-person sales force or dozens of salespeople, we can help you reach that next level of success.  

What makes us different?

Traditional sales training teaches you to sell products and services.  Sandler teaches you to sell advice, assistance and counsel, in other words......solutions.  In traditional selling, the focus is on closing.  Sandler's focus is on improving the customer's bottom line.  On a traditional sales call, most of the salesperson's contact time is spent telling the customer about products and services.  Sandler salespeople spend most of the contact time building a problem-solving environment.  Traditional presentations are based on product/service features and price.  A Sandler presentation is based on profit impact and strategic benefits to the customer.  

About Paula Creekmore:

Paula has more than 30 years of sales and management experience  With a degree in education, she combines her teaching experience with sales experience to provide training that's practical, usable and real world.  Paula started her career in education as a teacher, then moved into sales.  During her sales career, she has received numerous state and national awards for exceptional sales achievement.  Following her move to Eugene in 1989, Paula was offered a position as the District Marketing Manager for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.  During a 7-year period, she consistently set new records for membership sales and received national recognition.  Paula is the past board president of the ARC of Lane County and past member of the United Way board of directors.  She remains active in the community, believing that the more you give, the more you get back.

About Dennis Hungerford:

With over 35 years of sales and sales management experience, Dennis has recruited, trained and managed hundreds of sales professionals.  Following service in the U.S. Navy, he began his sales career with Airborne Freight Corporation in Portland.  Later, he founded and built several successful businesses in Eugene and Bend, including a dealership for Cessna Aircraft Company.  From 1988 to 1996, Dennis was the Northwest Regional Manager for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.  The U.S. Chamber employed a national sales force of over 400 representatives with 20 District Managers.  In 1994, he was named Manager of the Year by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for building an outstanding sales force which produced the highest sales per territory in the USA.  Dennis is the Past Chairman of the Bend Chamber of Commerce and Past President of the Rotary Club of Greater Bend.
